Your company did well in keeping us informed of the delivery process. However, the service you chose, Parcelforce, was highly unsatisfactory and left a bad aftertaste. The delivery was on time but because the box could not get into the lift the delivery man said he had no time to unpack the chair, very quick and simple as was obvious to the naked eye. He said his van was blocking traffic in the road outside. I could see cars driving by quite easily as he had parked the van very neatly as near as he could to the kerb. He was in a rush and said he would take the box back or leave it with me in the ground floor. I am 82 years old and he just left me with the box. I did not want to risk another delivery in case the same thing happened so accepted the box. I think your firm should think twice about using Parcelforce again. As for the actual item, I am very pleased with it, but had to contact Customer Services as assembling it was not that easy when given an Allen key with screws. Screwing in the legs was easy but the rest? What to do with the Allen key and the screws? I could guess but it did not make sense. Customer services sent me a set of instructions and all ended well. However your firm should think of these things. It’s not all bad though as we love the chair and are happy we have bought it.

Ordered a side table quick delivery really well packed loved it so much ordered a second one same day looks really well made very stylish very impressed with this company.
