I am posting here to seek advice and support regarding an unresolved issue with My Furniture. I have faced significant problems with the delivery of an order that continues to be delayed without clear communication. I purchased a Lexington Sideboard on 13th February 2024 (Order No. 8000024425), with an initial promise of delivery in April. Subsequently, this was revised to May. Now, in May, I have still not received the product nor a definitive update. Moreover, the responses I have received from My Furniture have been evasive, now indicating a further delay with possible delivery times in June or July. This continuous postponement and lack of clear communication are extremely frustrating. I had planned my entire living room decoration around this sideboard, including other items purchased from them (Order No. 1000202742). The suggestion from My Furniture to simply cancel the order after a three-month wait is not practical and disrupts the entire design and functionality of my living space. I feel misled by the change in delivery times and the lack of transparency throughout the process. The inability to provide a firm and reliable delivery date at this point only compounds the issue, significantly eroding my trust in My Furniture.

My order arrived very fast but there was a mark on it however am not that bothered as u can’t see it to much as it’s on the side but still a mark which isn’t good

Love my new sofa! Really comfortable and stylish. It came just after 1 week. The delivery guys were very helpful and brought it into my flat even though I have a long and bendy corridor. Great service.

Not put the table together yet but checked it over and was a little disappointed to see that the edge of the table was chipped. Not sure if this is why it was a sale item but still a bit let down. Service and delivery was spot on.
