The sales team and showroom workers are great. They are very responsive and it's great that you are able to see the product on a WhatsApp video call from the showroom. Really helpful team members and lovely furniture. Delivery was as stated and came on time. However the carelessness during delivery is very disappointing, especially when it's a sofa that you pay thousands for. I was made to sign a paper before they bought the goods in accepting that there may be damage to the property and that the delivery drivers wear gloves. I signed and understood that there will be a lot of maneuvering required when delivering a sofa so there may be some scrapes and scratches which is acceptable. I won't mention the damage to the plaster of the walls and staircase which I feel wasn't inevitable if slightly more care was taken. My bigger concern however is that the cream velvet sofa now has scratch marks all along the arm rests and scrapes on the seating area along with lovely black fingerprints along the sides because it was dragged, pushed, yanked through the door frames without even a protective covering/sheet on it. I have never seen a sofa yanked through door frames. I even mentioned if it doesn't fit then we can return it, it's not a problem. All that needed to be done was the door to be taken off it's hinges which we happily did and the sofa went in with ease (after all the damage had been done). When the delivery drivers left I showed them the damage to the sofa and asked 'is this what I signed for at the beginning' to which he replied yes. Seems like this happens regularly with them for a disclosure to be signed at entrance. I think after spending so much money on the item, for the delivery driver to then carelessly deliver it, brings down the reputation of the company. Disgraceful delivery by one of the delivery drivers. (I have to mention the other delivery driver was attempting to be more careful and helpful).

We travelled the showroom in Nottingham and could easily have bought more than we had gone for! We are very pleased with the quality, colour and style of the eight dining room chairs we bought, and would not hesitate recommending this company. Great service from start to finish.

Really quick delivery, ordering process was easy and quick, very pleased with the product well made and they look lovely. Delivery was easy and swift would definitely purchase from this company again.

£25 to return, somehow but not sure how ordered the wrong colour and they don’t exchange I have too return and re purchase. It’s not the best stitching not straight but guess you get what you pay for and was reasonable so just keep that in mind
