Fantastic furniture and great service

I am very pleased with the product, however, the delivery was shocking ! Parcel force, whilst I was tracking it, couldn't find the address, and left it at that ! No phone call for help, nothing ! I had to ring for redelivery the following day, 13th June, and, eventually it was delivered. The parcel was badly damaged but, fortunately, the contents undamaged. Strangely, I received another delivery the following day, from an independent company from Leeds, who found the address with no problem ! I think it was a case of lazyittus on parcel forces behalf but, as I said before, I'm very happy with the product and will certainly shop with you again but, hopefully without parcel force's incompetent delivery farce ! Very helpful staff, sofa exactly as photo, lovely. Delivery very good. Just waiting on my dining room chairs that match my sofa, as they were out of stock at the time of ordering.

Chair arrived the next day excellent service and no delivery charge. Well packed and easy to assemble - looks great.
