Beware if you are thinking of exchange/return items.

Have sent 4 tunics that were purchased and delivered to us, back for exchange asking for the next size. The invoice was included along with the items as they have mentioned that the invoice had to be returned and any notes for exchange should be mentioned on it. The parcel was sent via royal mail signed for and it has reached the merchant as expected. But now one of their staff is claiming that they have received only one item and they did not receive the invoice that was placed in the package. Can't believe that they would receive only one item when all of the items were packed in one poly bag while posting.
