Emailed once I purchased a bench to see if you’d send me one with your logo on it. Never even got a reply but then posted my thoughts on this site and less than 10 minutes later the owner of the company contacted me on my mobile and immediately fixed the issue. What’s more is he didn’t ask me to change my review- I changed it purely because of the outstanding good will this company showed me. Highly Recommended to all!
