I have been on the market for a decent FID Bench for a while so I got to know what's out there and who is selling what brand. So glad I came across KingKong Fitness, I was ready to drop +$500 for a less comparable model. The Elite Heavy Duty is solid bench equal to many other much more expensive FID benches, for the price I expected the padding in the seats to be soft and unstable, so happy I was wrong. The assembly was super easy, I didn't actually need the instructions other then for clarification on the right size bolts to use... But the best thing was I ordered as a pre-order, I got regular updates and it was delivered ahead of estimated time. I know that is purely I timing thing and I got lucky with stock replenishment, but with the overall experience and the quality of the bench I will be buying from KingKong Fitness again.

Damaged on arrival. Customer service and follow up after this was poor.

The equipment is of the best quality. Unfortunately the delivery company used was absolutely unreliable, recieved damaged packaging slight damage to product and lost 1 of 2 of my parcel. Which I had to chase myself.

Perfect for a small home gym set-up

Great value for money bench...certainly not perfect, slightly shaky at the base when lifting heavy, could use a solid weld and would do the trick. Suitable for home gym use only Would recommend for beginner - intermediate lifters
