Poor Communicator. Think this may be a scam

I ordered something from them on the 10th of March (order #2500125027) and they stated that I would receive an update once shipped. I followed them up after a few days and they haven't responded at all. 7 days later and no communication, no tracking number etc Receipt said i would receive within 5 to 10 days yet its been 7 and they haven't even shipped Starting to think this is a scam company

I spent $30 duties and received WRONG…

I spent $30 duties and received WRONG ITEMS Once I told them and provided proof of the wrong items sent, they said they wouldn't refund me until they could arrange from DHL to retrieve and return the items back to them. Also, they said they would not reimburse me for the duties I paid to receive INCORRECT ITEMS. First and LAST time ordering from these guys. Edit March 13: They still won’t reimburse me for the duties I paid for THEIR mistake. They said “store credit” but who in their right mind would want to chance paying duties again for something they didn’t order?! Stay away from this company.

I will never order from you again. My package arrived today, but for me to even get my package, I had to pay an expensive customs fee, money that I don't have, and that I didn't even know about... it's just messed up....

Be aware to check your junk mail folder for order confirmation..Initially i panicked as it took over a week for my order to be processed however once the item was shipped, it was super fast. It was shipped on Monday and i got my parcel on Friday morning in NZ time. i got a few text messages with the updates of dhl. Great customer service with prompt replies on WhatsApp (not email). I would purchase again from gossups for repeats.

Hello I ordered the drug on the gosupps.com website, on the same day I received a letter saying thank you for the order, in the next letter we will indicate the track number of the order, several days have passed, but unfortunately I still have not received a letter with the track number.
