No support from customer service via phone (two different numbers) and email; ordered a product a week ago for Valentine's day and still no DHL tracking number or anything else. Will be having the bank to refund me and pull the credit from them if I don't hear something soon.

I moved to Canada from the uk last year and cannot find a specific type of shower gel that I used in the UK. per their policy they dont provide any information or paper to the custom in the USA if you order for example infant food from europe, you will not receive it, i put 3 stars for the good understanding of my situation and full refund , because i have ordered the infant food and it came to the custom in Los Angeles and as they didnt provide any docs to the DHL and customs , the dhl returned the product back to them. other websites/stores are do everything to receive your product, so better try other online store/platform for the infant food from europe for example...and special thank you for the manager to help me to get the full refund
