I bought two big bottles of what I thought was Maple Holistic's Special Formula Shampoo but instead got Maple Holistics Tame & Cleanse Shampoo. I didn’t want that product as that is why I came to GoSupps.com. If I wanted that I could have gotten it cheaper at Maple Holistics. I asked for a refund and to return but they refuse even know they list it as Special Formula Shampoo. I have used both and it’s not the same period. This is a crappy company with people who don’t care if they mislead consumers. Be aware of what you buy from them!

incompetent in international orders and shipping conditions are a scam

In my first order I had a terrible experience with GoSupps. I placed an international order to Germany - shipping from the US isn't so uncommon and as an international eCommerce (as GoSupps titles themselves) they should be able to handle customs declarations properly. But my order was returned to shipper by DHL Express without even notifying me or giving me the chance to clarify issues. When I informed GoSupps about this problem they brought up their "International Shipping Policy" where all reponsibility for correct customs handling put to the customer and the refund because of custom problems is limited to only 35% of the order value. The "International Shipping Policy" and the "Returns and Refunds" are hidden behind links in the lower left corner of the webpage which are only visible when you scroll down and not visible in the order view and not mentioned when you place an international order. This kind of hidden conditions is unethical. A company that names themselves an international eCommerce should be able to handle customs properly and if they fail to do so they should take up their responsibility and refund the customer fully.

It was my first time to order with GoSupps.com and I must say, they were perfect on every point. They made sure my CC was not compromised which was a new service I'd never really encountered before and was very happy about. They informed me when it was sent and sent a tracking number and informed me when it would be delivered. Excellent service. I'll be doing business with them again, no doubt!

Terrible experience from the first…

Terrible experience from the first order, will never do it again and strongly discourage anyone who wants to use these services. 1. The day after the order I received an email saying I need to confirm the purchase by getting a onetime code (???) from my bank to verify transaction. I would normally report such emails as scam, but took me a bit to realize it is real (though hardly believable) 2. When courier arrived additional fee of around USD 14 was due for some export fees (come on! seriously?) Also a piece of advice from marketing point of view - setup something more formal and legitimate looking for a support email (hi@whatever.. sounds like a teenager mid-school address, or a scam)
