Perfect Bed

Excellent service, My house move wasnt going to plan, so my new bed had to be stored at W&G for a few weeks, and this was done without complaint, just a polite phone call every few weeks to check if a date was imminent. The actual bed was perfect, easy to build, and was the only double bed 200cm in length, so looks perfect in my compact room.

Scam!

I made the payment and ordered two chests of drawers. I also planned to order a bed and bedside tables. From two ordered items, only one has arrived and with obvious defects. One leg of the chest is chipped and a piece of wood is missing, and this chipped piece was simply put in a box with, meaning that the supplier and manufacturer knew that they had been sending me a damaged product. But even worse, I have not been able to receive my second paid chest drawer for more than three months. There is no response to calls and letters. There is no question of ordering other furniture from Mike.

Robinsons Interiors

We ordered a bed from Robinsons Interiors in April having seen they are a recommended stockist on your website and read their testimonial on your website. We have yet to receive the bed despite multiple promised dates and have now requested a refund. We cannot get a response via phone or email. Why are Willis & Gambier still recommending this company? What can you do to help us get the bed that we have ordered and paid for in good faith which you have confirmed is waiting for collection in your warehouse? I needed new bedroom furniture after looking everywhere came across Willis & Gambier and I found the perfect furniture, I would highly recommend good quality easy installation and instructions I would go here again

It's not a recent experience

It's not a recent experience, but a very positive one: I bought a Camille double bed 9 years ago through John Lewis. It still looks beautiful and authoritative now in a large white attic. I LOVE it.

Poor quality

I also bought a cabinet, sideboard and table with 8 chairs. The faux leather has peeled as reported by another customer on here. Hardly used but poor quality for the price paid. Not happy

Elegant and classy

I wanted an elegant and classy bed so I went for a Camille and it's perfect! The bed is exactly as described and I love the matching furniture. Delivery was fast and the customer service has been 10/10.

Peeling leather on dining chairs

I purchased some leather Willis & Gambier dining chairs in 2014. I was very pleased with them until a couple of years ago when the leather finish started peeling off. I would say that a third of the leather has peeled off the seat of one chair that is used regularly The chairs are kept in our dining room and only have normal use, ie used for meals. Some of the chairs have hardly been used and they are all showing the same signs. I thought that I was purchasing leather chairs that would last for many years. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the wear. I contacted Willis & Gambier via their website and have not heard back.
