I scheduled an appointment because I thought the brakes of my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid were rubbing periodically when I had to come to a quick stop from a speed of 40 or over. My car was checked out and the service department determined there was no problem. When I went to pick it up, I asked for the cost and was told there was no charge. What a pleasant surprise when nothing is free these days!

Right part, quickly. Fixed my issue

The part i received was not the part I ordered. I ordered passenger automatic outside door hand. I got a rear driverside door handle. Keep saying they are interchangeable, but they are not.

The wrong part was sent. I asked for the correct part but was denied based on the package open and the wrong label. Also, the order was pending for 2 weeks, until I called them to find out why. The part was never taken out of the package. I don't buy and sell parts. That label was their own or whomever they purchased the part from. I want what I paid for, especially when my invoice is correct. They sent the wrong part. I want a refund.
