The item I received was for a different model. I understood that only after opening the box. The dealer’s policy states that it cannot be returned once the original box is opened. As an amateur I just followed the link from toyota.com and placed an order. Can’t return it.

I ordered the transmitter cover (the back side) of my FJ Cruiser key to replace the original part that broke. I'd ordered a replica part from Amazon first, which was supposed to fit but didn't.
