The seals look older than the ones I replaced and don't fit properly. They are labeled as genuine Toyota parts but they're either very old or counterfeit. I'm sorry I purchased them.

Very disappointed. They use Fedex exlusively, no options to choose different type of delivery, as a result I paid over $120 in delivery fees and duties on $50 order. My advise - try local dealer first, you'll pay half of the price this guys are charging. Never buy here again

As a return customer, I didn't give 5 stars, because your parts catalogue had an error. The part that you listed for my car was not correct. After receiving it and comparing it with the old one, I got the correct part from another dealer.(Their catalog had the correct one listed). I pointed this out to you in an email and your parts dept. agreed that the second part was indeed the correct one. The part wasn't that expensive, so return shipping would cost more than the original part, so shipping it back made zero sense, but in the correspondence with your parts department there was absolutely no mention of reimbursement...Not the best customer service I have experienced.

It is the right part and so far is working ok.
