Continuing from previous review . After waiting two and a half weeks waiting for a refund, I got a letter from them for a refund . They are keeping 51$ out of 298$ . For their mistake . Not only that I had to pay shipping to get the wrong part and shipping to send it back . So basically lost all but 100$ of my purchase. This company is a fraud do not buy anything from these theives!!

Items advertised are not what you get. The listing they have is labeled as a set and in the picture are 2 parts. When I got the package there was only one part. I tried to return the part but I got a run around being sent from one department to another. They sent me to the return department finally. They said I need an RMA to return it. I sent them all the information that they asked for but never responded with the RMA number. They do not like to give refund's Avoid this company

I have purchased four orders over 3 years from toyotapartsdeal.com and all four orders were delivered and the parts were genuine Toyota OEM products and packaging. All but one order was shipped out with 48 hrs. and one which had two parts and both parts were back ordered but I was provided a notice with 24 hrs. with the parts ETA's and since the eta was a week or less, I just left it and 24hrs after the date of the eta of the parts, I received the tracking number that the parts were shipped out. Also, and, most important toyotapartsdeal.com offers the parts at the best prices. Overall toyotapartsdeal.com is my go to for any Toyota OEM parts.

Received the wrong part, i.e. their mistake, and they would not accept a return because I opened the plastic envelope containing the body part. I did so to inspect it for damage/fit and finish. It can readily be put back in. I have purchasing from others on-line, i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Rock Auto, etc. and have never experienced this! I see that many others have had the same experience. They need to be investigated!
