I just put my tree up today and it’s beautiful. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a tree that resembled the kind of tree I had growing up as a child.

This tree is so easy to put up and has a beautiful color and shape with a classic traditional feel. It is the first Christmas tree for my 8yr old step daughter. Thank you for making her so happy.

Very fragile glass, carefully packed and delivered quickly

The tree is nice, however it is too high off the floor. It would look better -more natural if branches were a little lower . .. Also the top of the tree has the pvc type branch that doesn’t bend easily nor had strength to hold a tree topper .. ours isn’t heavy just a star. We set it on branches just below the top and it worked out. The tree is full looking and has good color variation. Not disappointed with purchase just expressing some improvements that could be made. It doesn’t come with lights … we wanted to string our own larger c-9 type lights. it was nice to have the option of buying the tree without lights for a less expensive price. Almost all trees automatically come with little lights - hard to find trees without them.

We bought the Ashton Spruce. Without lights. We only put red and white lights on and that wasn't an option, otherwise we would have bought it with lights. Opened the box today and put it together. Followed the instructions online video and it looks terrific. Actually better than I thought it would. It's very full. It's my first artificial tree, but with trees near a $100 or more for a real one at a tree farm it became quickly clear that this will save money in the long run. Plus it's much easier, no going out in the snow and icy roads. I always think to myself, would I buy this again now that I've seen it in person? The answer is a resounding YES.

Great Tree perfect for my small space

Two issues: 1. The picture on your website of the tree I purchased totally misrepresented the actual tree I recieved. I discussed the details of the misrepresentation with you customer service representative. 2. In light of your misrepresentation, I asked that I be allowed to return the product at your cost. My request was denied. The cost to ship the tree to you was $184.10 at the USPS. Since you asked for feedback, I again request that I be reimbursed for the cost of return shipping. In reply to Treetime's reply, I obtained a quote from UPS and it was more than USPS. In light of your misrepresentation, I feel the product you sent was defective, and your return policy should apply to my purchase.
