The customer service was great. I got two trees instead of one and the return process was easy with help from one of your representatives.

The tree was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I had to contact the company twice to verify that my tree was going to be shipped. Most companies send email updates on shipping, your missed me somehow and I had to be more proactive than I would have liked. All is well, when I called again today 10/7/24 and the helpful representative said it was already shipped and delivered to my daughter on the first of October. I checked and found this to be true .A simple heads up my way would have been appreciated. Of course my daughter didn't heads me up either!

We had an artificial tree for the past 20 years. It was time to replace it. We are very excited for our new tree and Hape to have many years of use and many happy memories.

I am very excited about our beautiful 9' slim Andersen Fir tree which I bought on July sale. It was easy to put together (4 parts). I wanted the soft traditional glow of incandescents in multi-color. They're perfect. It's worth noting that the ends of branches are in the realistic tree branch style, and the inner areas are PVC strips. I didn't fluff it fully and it still looked beautiful. The branches are not as full as they appear in the photos, but with proper fluffing, they will be very pretty. There is room for larger ornaments to hang on this tree. I can't wait to set it up completely at Christmas this year.
