The wreaths I ordered are lovely, were packed well, and arrived within week. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that the description on the ordering website was not clear about whether the product was on sale or clearance.

The tree is very nice and easy to assemble. Looks like a real tree. Did not come with a storage bag. So I had to buy my own.

I was not informed that this was on back order. I have not received the tree yet. I will be glad to re-review when the tree arrives.

So far, we have not received the product (Mantle Wreath) that was ordered in early July. CS tells me that "it will be shipped when they get their stock for the Christmas selling season". They have not yet charged my card, which is good. It does seem to me that asking for a review when they have yet to deliver is, to say the least, premature if not presumptive!!!

I have purchased from TreeTime before, Orders always arrive on time, as ordered and never disappointed in my purchase. They are a great company to do business with, very capable and helpful employees!! I give them 10 stars!

When I ordered a tree for my church, I forgot a promotional discount. I got a call soon after telling me they had applied the discount and then sent me the corrected paid invoice. What amazing service!

They were wonderful and quick deliver. So on top of it and beautiful decorations.

A great company and any problem I have it is taken care of right away no running around from anybody. I have 2 trees from treetime and When I need a new one tree time is the only place I will buy from.

Love my trees. They are beautiful and well made. The fact that I got them on sale is amazing. I got 2, one for each side of my dining room. Last Christmas I bought a 10 ft tree for my living room. It was so beautiful I decided I would always buy my trees from Tree Time.
