Was buying a new decorative Xmas piece i had seen earlier and couldn't find again. Had to describe it using my hands to show the shape and size and the salesperson knew just what I meant and where it was. We found it and you even had the scene, angel feeding forest animals, I wanted. Polite and very helpful she was pleased that I was so happy.

The tree was beautiful, a little problem with the shipment only received 1 box out of 2 when I went to put it together I realized I was missing a box I called customer service and had the other box the next day

Purchased during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale. Initially showed Sold Out both days in the model/height I desired. I contacted the company and several days later, they emailed the waitlist to say they had received a few of those trees. I was able to purchase one, and it arrived promptly and well packaged.
