Our first ever fake christmas tree. The top and mid sections look fine, but the bottom is where you csn tell its not a real tree, the bottom layers are too uniform unlike a real tree.

I bought the 4ft Tinsel tree. though I felt it was a bit pricy, the tree is a quality tree. it should last for years to come.

Had a hard time getting the parts that were missing.

I bought a $900 tree. It arrived with a broken joint on one of the branches. It took me days and multiple rounds of emails to finally get someone to agree to send me the part I needed to FIX my BRAND NEW tree. I was clear that I needed it by Dec 14th as I was having my big christmas party on the 15th. It is December 19th and I still haven't received the part. If the tree had come in unbroken, it would be perfect. The branches are beautiful, the fullness is as pictured.
