Everything was fine.

I purchased a smaller tree year ago for all my cat ornaments. Before I got it decorated this year, the cat knocked it to the floor several times and broke one of the support legs. I called the company about purchasing a replacement. They are sending me 2 at no charge. This is excellent customer service. Plus I'm really happy with the quality of the tree.

Tree shape is pretty good. Not as full as it should be for the price and the top is kind of wonky. It's a bit high off the floor and an entire row of branches could have been added to the bottom to make it look better. The worse thing is that it is a Savoy Blue Spruce but isn't blue, really, it's more gray-green, so it looks a bit sickly and weak. It is surprising to us that a big company like Treetime cannot or did not think to take a real live Blue Spruce branch and ask its manufacturer to make it in the true color.

Our tree was shipped on time but without the stand. Treetime shipped the stand immediately, next day air, and we were in business. The tree is beautiful.

Love my replacement tree, you should have return shipping and charge to the customer it cost me $63 to send package back to you when it only cost you $20 to send it to me. This now the three tree I bought from you
