No one responded to my email asking why my $50 coupon was not applied to my order and I did not see a credit to my account

We really appreciated the QUICK shipping of our Christmas tree. We opted for the LED lights and could not be more happy with it. We love being able to change the colors when we want. The quality of the tree is really good too. Would definitely recommend!

My first artificial tree has made me a believer. I have a lot of heavy and large glass ornaments. Chose the Victorian Fir because of that. It holds all my ornaments beautifully and if it weren't so perfectly shaped, you would think it was real. Even though it came with a lot of lights, I added colored and C7 lights to it. I wish I could attach a picture to show how it turned out!

Combat Wounded Veteran here. Very disappointed when the box arrived and saw Made In China on the box. I really thought I was buying a Made In USA Christmas tree! Seeing so many American Corporations skirted the Made in USA issue with “ Assembled in USA! For Crying Out Loud but almost laughed getting my Bath towels yesterday from another American corporation claiming they were Assembled in USA!🥸Assembled Bath Towel , wrapped in Saran wrap and a Bow!💁🏽‍♂️

Placed my order and order was sent out quickly. Received tracking information. Item was packed to prevent breakage. I needed to return the item due to incorrect size that I ordered. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Received my refund in a week. Would definitely use Treetime again.

This company did a decent job representing what I purchased. The lights were well spaced and plentiful The actual tree fell a little short in the shape of the needles on the limbs that were trimmed to represent a better "tree" shape. It seemed obvious that the tree shape was man made by the sudden cut to a branch without trimming the needles to represent actual growth. I only call attention to this because the last time I bought an artificial tree of this size, those matters were fixed before the tree arrived. I will say that the tree was a breeze to assemble

I replaced a tree that I purchased 14 years ago and was hesitant to purchase online, but I could not find anything locally that compared in quality.
