We had an emergency when we realised the afternoon before flying to a wedding from London, that my daughter had left her passport in Manchester! I got a reasonable quote instantly and within an hour the passport was collected and being driven down to us. It was so quick and efficient and really saved the day

I booked an ASAP (within 30 minutes for collection and delivery), and the tracker said it would be collected in 20 minutes and would take less than 15mins to be delivered thereafter. It got to 27 minutes and I called the number on their website as the tracker was not updating. The person who answered gave the collection driver a call and then informed me the driver had broken down. They said they would allocate another driver but that took another 30 minutes and the parcel arrived too late. If I had known the original driver wasn't going to make it and the new driver would take that long, I would have preferred a refund and I'd have sent someone in a taxi to deliver the parcel.

Found them online for an urgent same day courier and they did what they say. Excellent service with best price, will definitely use next time

Pickup says 1 hour on website, it was over 2. I booked a motorbike and driver came in a transit van (not good in central London) website states 24/7 customer service, office does not open until 9am, so if you call, the automated message tells you to hold as you are waiting for the next available advisor (long wait!) no update on delays and a very uninterested 'customer' advisor. No refunds, no apology, Never again.

Appalling customer service. They say collection in 1 hour - it was 2 hours. We ordered a motorcycle courier for urgent delivery into the centre of London and they send a transit van! No call to say they didn't have a motorcycle and when you query with them all they say is its in the terms and conditions. Their website says "Dedicated 24/7" but they do not open until 9.00am. Appalling business
