great fast service

We booked a same day delivery with a dedicated driver direct to delivery address from Huddersfield to Birmingham - parcel collected at 1.30pm - arrived at destination 6.10pm. when asked why it took so long? we were informed the driver had another delivery on the way. I pointed out that we'd booked a dedicated driver to go direct to our customer, the reply was that in the Terms & condition it states they can not guarantee a dedicated driver which is why it took so long to get there. This was our experience and in my view that's very sneaky, I'm sure I have paid a premium for the dedicated driver. Anyway on this basis I would not recommend the service and will not be using them again.

Spoke to Speedy at 9.30pm, needing a small parcel urgently delivered from Wimbledon to Glastonbury in the morning. Parcel arrived at 11am as planned. Great service. Would use again without fail.

I cancelled the shipment but still got charged the full price, absolute rip off!
