I don't want to be a picky customer but I didn't like to receive a call from the driver to go down to meet him before he arrived even if it was only 1 minute. I believe for what I paid that the driver should park, ring my bell and come to the door of my flat as everyone else does.

Easy online booking process and collection and delivery went exactly as expected. Pleasant driver who took good care of the package. Tried to get through on the phone to confirm details and that was difficult as nobody picked up but a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things. Great service!

I needed to deliver urgent medicine to my sister late at night, despite having got the address wrong on my part, Speedy SameDay Courier were accommodating enough to allow me change the address to the correct one and had the medication delivered before midnight.
