I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. I desperately needed last minute currier and since I read a lot of positive stuff, I decided to try this company out. They cancelled my booking two times (right before the pick up of the parcel) followed by a refund. So I thought, third time is the charm. Not only has the company never showed up, even though I was at home the whole time, but after desperate tries to contact them, they said they would attempt second pick up. Then they proceeded to never show up once again. My friend and I (whose parcel it is) have been trying to contact them for days now, without any answer. Definitely would not recommend.

Booking with Speedy is - well, Speedy. No-fuss. Notifications when collected and delivered - and both done on time and within the time frame offered. Excellent service.

I've used these guys a lot for work - very good service, always timely and, importantly, very cost effective service. Cannot recommend enough. They won't fleece you like some of the city courier services.

Quick, professional service.

I paid for the most expensive/urgent service and was told the courier would arrive within 1 hour. 1 hour and a half came and still no courier so I cancelled as there was no way to get the delivery there in time but they charged me 50% so I paid £86 for nothing

Beyond brilliant all care within about 2 to 3 hours since the start of the order and I’ve never had anything like that before and I had the anytime slot as well and I was just absolutely amazed with how quick it all was
