If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered an urgent motorbike, urgent same day service from these. They then took 90 minutes to pick the goods up when told within an hour. Chased every few hours to see where they were and was told on way be there soon, not sure how bike delayed as much but took info. Chased again later and asked how a bike could be so late as easier for a bike to navigate central London and told wasn't on a bike but in a car. This has caused major problems for us where deadline missed for goods. I spoke to control team who say they advise if no bikes that a car would be used, except they won’t actually tell you or email you, they will charge you, take your money, when you ask what’s going on they won’t tell you as hidden in T&Cs they say they can change to a car, even when I chased them for bike number plate and driver name before collection as we needed this to make sure they were allowed to pick up goods not once did they say this isn’t or wouldn’t be a motorbike. Never known such a poor service and will never use again. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these. I have read reviews and I can see this isn’t the first time they have done this, just hoping you don’t wait and read the reviews after like I did. To answer the reply, you cant find an issue with no telling someone they wont get a motorbike when they specifically order an urgent motorbike delivery and call numerous times to check what is going on. No amount of money off would make me use you again, whatever reviews others post is down to them, I'm not those reviewers, I can and will only say about my experience and that was awful and as stated above. Hiding behind T&Cs saying you got the parcel there is poor as it only arrived as I had people wait back to accept it even though it was hours late. As I said above, if I could give you a zero star rating I would.

Great service, called Thursday evening to arrange a pick-up Friday morning, was sent a link to book and pay which was easy. Driver arrived on time for pick-up and delivered earlier than expected. Pleased with the service and would recommend.
