I booked an URGENT MOTORCYCLE courier, to arrive by 12 noon, as confirmed in their own booking. Instead a Bipper van was sent which had not even collected the parcel by 12:15. Not good at all, and furthermore, only refunded half the money when cancelled. Unacceptable. Will be claiming remainder of monies paid
