Convenient. Purchased a gift certificate for a friend using email delivery and it was received within 5 minutes of the purchase.

I like the idea and meals are decently priced, but shipping is outrageous and since we ordered a combo package with an additional meal, we had to pay for shipping twice if we wanted our condolence meals to arrive sooner than 10-12 days. The shipping rates will most likely prevent me from ordering again.
