Would never use this site to expensive to ship products

Would never use this site to expensive to ship the product cost 25.00 for the food and cheapest shipping was 23.00 for a 10 day arrival time.Got me once but will tell everyone I know never use this service

It is a great service

It is a great service, though a little over price especially the shipping. We recived this once ourselves and enjoyed it. Navigating the web site is very easy. I do feel with the price of shipping there should be a better time line as to when they will receive the product.

The meals I ordered arrived but one of…

The meals I ordered arrived but one of them was thawed and it was fish so the recipient had to throw it out. It was not easy for me to get ahold of customer service and in fact they never directly called me just dealt with me through emails. The person answering the phone couldn't help me, answer any questions, or give me a human to talk to. She just took orders. She could only "leave them a message". It was all done through email. In my opinion, I think there should be a live person to talk to that can answer questions when problems arise. They did eventually credit me for the one meal that couldn't be eaten but I had to ask for that to happen. They need to strongly improve their customer service and create a department that people can talk to when needed.

I love how easy it was to place an online order. There was a wide variety of foods to choose from also. I purchased as a gift for someone who had surgery. I'm looking forward to hearing how they liked the food.

The website needs to be less confusing…

The website needs to be less confusing when ordering a gift certificate. There should not be a "shipping area", when the gift certificate has been requested to be delivered by email. I had to call the 800 number to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks for taking this advice in consideration.
