Easy to use but I DO NOT LIKE SURVEYS

I sent a meal to my son for Easter because he was out of state for the first time. He said everything was very good but the picture showed green beans and he got all mixed vegetable medley.

I found the website very clumsy to navigate. I was unable to see the full screen horizontally without scrolling left and right. In addition, trying to go from shopping to the cart and back was awkward.

The cost of shipping (in order to arrive in 2 days, because it’s a “MEAL”), was more expensive than the whole family meal itself, and that is ridiculous!

It’s very easy to order. Delivery is very expensive and the ground delivery is very slow. I utilize this service when my loved ones are in a time of need (usually just gave birth or experiencing loss). Waiting 7 business days to deliver the food is really not good because they need the food now.

Send a meal to an elderly brother with a poor diet. I am sure this will provide him with several decent meals. A good experience in ordering.

I ordered frozen foods grill collection. Everything arrived in good order and in a reasonable time. When ordered I didn't realize that everything was from Omaha Steaks. Had I known this I might have ordered directly from them.

We have found any of the dishes that we have ordered to be delicious and easy to prepare. We’ve only had one problem with an order-for some reason it was not sent-but upon contacting them, the problem was promptly attended to and fixed.
