Ordered carpet nearly 2 weeks ago still waiting Contacted them Monday and they said it would be delivered by Thursday Now Friday and still no carpet This was ordered off ebay as they have account on there as well It actually says delivered when clearly it has not been It says ordered 29th, dispatched 31, delivered 28th, yes you read that correctly delivered the 28th Used them for 10 years and had always been reliable but now I'm looking elsewhere Update..... Carpet has now arrived thankfully, they sent a email saying it would arrive the next day and it did Carpet is beautiful, thank you

Not as advertised
I ordered 25 mm grass. What came was totally flattened on roll and despited many communications with seller and excuses/advice it never attained more than 15mm thickness. Just received excuse after excuse and even blamed the weather. Order 08 10274 96339 Since my review the company have reacted and apologised for my problem. A full refund has been given. This is good customer service.

Internal Processes need to be reviewed!
A roll of carpet was missing from my order and I was not told until the delivery turned up. I had to wait for another 2 weeks before the missing roll was delivered causing me much expense and delay to my renovation as I had to rearrange for my fitter to return. Customer services in general were useless - as they were unable to identify the missing piece and asked me to confirm the measurements for them! I managed to deal with a lady there who I think was a more senior member of staff who monitored my delivery and kept me informed. Shall not be using again!

I have order 3/4 times the vinyl flooring from these guys, super fast delivery, great from start to finish. Really beautiful quality at an amazing price, just in the process of moving so will be ordering more soon. Thank you 🙏

Ordered artificial grass on 23/05/23 from here as advertising fast delivery to be let down not once but twice now. On both occasions you get let down 40 minutes before the delivery due which has resulted us having to take 2 days of work due to having to support the driver with the order. Still no grass apparently coming now on 7/6/23 but wouldn’t hold my breath which may I add is 2 weeks from first ordering, need to remove false advertising regarding fast delivery and also stop making up different excuses each time due to why you cant deliver. This isn’t good customers service 😡

The only reason I’m giving 1 star
The only reason I’m giving 1 star, is because the only genuine call handlers I spoke to and actually cared was Diane, so the 1 star us for her personally for standing by her word and finally making sure I got my refund. I ordered carpets 1/5 to be fitted 13/5 so plenty time for express delivery, received text message from tuffnells 2/5 saying they have dispatched but no idea of delivery date, and you can’t speak to anyone at tuffnells, assuming it was 2 5m rolls if carrier they would check your hole before attempting, this didn’t happen 3/5 tried to deliver, didn’t use ring doorbell, just knocked and didn’t leave a card, I was out, so read tuffnells redelivery which states would try agian next working day so waited all day in and tracking said out for delivery, nothing, then next day checked tracking and says it’s been delivered, again still can’t speak to anyone at tuffnells so rang more for your floor was told they had scanned it wrong and put it as delivered, and taken one back to Sheffield and couldn’t find the other one to scan but because of bank holiday they would ring me Tuesday with expecting it to be loaded on can for delivery. After being promised I would be phoned back Tuesday morning by more for your floor I wasn’t. I Rang again Tuesday to be told same crap and I literally said this could all been avoided if tuffnells contacted me as they have my number, but they said they can’t as their drivers don’t have business phones, but they have think they have tracked both and they will be delivered weds, but in the mean time the same issue had been happening with a parcel from very which tuffnells were the courier, I got text 4/5 waited all day the day it says was going to be delivered it wasn’t but the next day the same day the carpets were meant to be delivered by now it was 10/5 the trampoline was delivered but surprisingly no carpet, after many phone calls and more for your floor contacting tuffnells and being lied to and accepting it, more for your floor said they are having lots problems with tuffnells and they aren’t normally let down, and I said they clearly value verys contract more. So I said I’ll go else where and buy carpet so I had it in time for carpet fitted, so I did and went to carpet right, was promised refund had been out through but can take 3 working days, surprise surprise no refund after 3 days, even though on the first call asking for a refund I asked for a email confirmation so this could be prevented from happening, and I also got a live chat response confirmation from someone else saying they had processed the refund, but I also got a text message from tuffnells saying they were going to attempt delivery even though the staff had said they had ordered the order to be returned, I had already a had new carpets fitted but was assured this was a tracking error again and they wouldn’t be delivered but they were so u rejected them, so rang again and got told by Diane that bith previous customer services had said they had processed refund but hadn’t, so she did and had to confirm the order was ti be returned and that the driver hadn’t picked up the note anout not delivering etc, anyway next day didn’t get refund as promised but I was able to get hold of Diane again yesterday and she said it had definitely been processed so i did finally get my money back yesterday evening. It’s a good job I can afford to have the spare money to be able to have £500 floating around while I wait for this shambles, Diane apologised but none of the others seemed to care, so I throughly recommend do not buy from here if you want a smooth service, it was 3 weeks of stress I didn’t need, but shout out to Diane. Thanks again.

Really bad experience with this…
Really bad experience with this company, we ordered a carpet for my son's room 14 days later still nothing, different stories of where it is when it will arrive. My son hasn't been able to sleep in his room and I wasn't offered a refund or a new one to be sent out until they had located it, which isn't really my fault they have lost it. Customer service was awful, rude and made me feel like it was my problem I will never order from here again

I ordered online and needed help to correct my measurement mistake
I ordered online, then very quickly realised i had made a huge error in size :( I called the number and spoke to Freya who was so very helpful, her customer service is exceptional. She understood my anxiety and helped me correct the error I had made. She was without doubt the nicest and most understanding voice at the end of a phone I have experienced in customer service in a long time. I hope her employers can recognise her for her superb service in some way. Will use them again based on this.
