Excellent quality fast delivery

Ordered a dinner jacket for £399 which was delivered by Royal Mail. The package had been opened and resealed when I received it with the trousers and a suit carrier inside but no jacket. I contacted Hawes and Curtis immediately via email as the phone numbers on the website have no one answering them. They replied saying they needed CCTV of my property which I provided. Since then they have denied anything has happened and have not helped in the matter at all stating that it is my own fault that the jacket is missing. I would strongly advise to never use Hawes and Curtis unless you are happy for them to steal your money!

Received wet and damaged shirt. Another order cancelled and refund never posted until I have to call before the refund process was initiated. Called customer service few times however, it was not that helpful. They keep saying same thing and not quite offering a solution. Like H&C products but company got to step up their game!

Ordered for Valentines day. When opened it was fully fastened, so looked just like a white shirt - not her favourite! "Thank you", was the response. I suggested she unpack it and unbutton it. She started from the top and gasped with delight, when the hearts appeared. Worn for our meal out. We'll done H&C...again.
