An superb quality product purchased during a genuine January sale. I have bought several well reduced items in this particular sale and have been very pleased with each one.
Hawes and Curtis sent the wrong items
Hawes and Curtis sent the wrong items, their mistake. Sent them back for an exchange but did not happen as I hadn’t given them the new item number for the exchange (was only changing from slim fit to classic fit). Gave me a refund not before taking a £3 administrative fee and would not refund the postage even though it was their mistake. Customer service not helpful. Will never order from them again. Very annoying.

Tux fitting
I recently had the pleasure of working with the staff to sort out suits for my friend’s wedding, and I have to say, their service was top-notch. From the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly attentive and professional. They made sure each groomsman was fitted perfectly and helped us find the right styles and sizes. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right for the big day. The worst client service I've seen in a while!
Hard to believe. I made a quite order on their website the 15th of January (8 shirts and shoes) of hundreds of £/euros. Accordind to their terms and conditions, I quote: standard delivery has a time frame of 3 to 4 business day. As of today, the 22nd my order is NOT PROCESSED YET. It means they have my payment for one full week and they did not start to manage my order. When I sent emails to ask for info and help, the client's service asked ME to contact their delivery provider to have info. This is unbelievable and beyond unprofessional. They are selling clothes for professionals. How ironic. I am starting to think it's maybe a scam as I have ZERO news of my order and no help from the client service.

Quick delivery and product as described. However, I happened to go over by a few days on their return policy timeframe and was declined any exchange and / or returns. Whilst I appreciate the policy is there for a reason, all I wanted was to exchange 3 x shirts (not opened, in their original package) for different fit, offering to pay all additional postage, so no extra cost to Hawes and Curtis. Nonetheless, I was advised this is not possible due to their policy. When offering to cover all additional postage cost and still not able to exchange the goods - in my opinion, this is an area Hawes and Curtis can improve upon.
Customer Services unhelpful & inflexible
I ordered a dinner shirt as part of an 18th birthday present. The sleeves were too long and I tried to swap the shirt for a different size; it was out of the 28 days - usual life stuff got in the way as well as Xmas. Inc delivery it cost me £78 and the shirt is obvs of no use. I plead with Customer Services, acknowledging I was aware it was beyond the 28 days. Customer Services, Hatton St (CS) responded by reiterating to me the 28 day rule and gave me a link to their T&Cs. I emailed back saying, as previously stated, I was already aware of their T&Cs and would totally understand if I was asking for a refund, but felt it rather unfair not to agree a swap bearing in mind the shirt is an item they still stock. The response I received was merely to state yet again that it's out of the 28 days and again linked me to their T&Cs. Charming! What can I say?! My husband has bought shirts from H&C for years and started buying for my son too, that won't be the case anymore. Very unhelpful and disappointing! Please don't refer me back to Customer Services unless they can be more accommodating!

I recommend not to buy their clothes
I recommend not to buy their clothes. I bought two different lengths of trousers and they didn’t allow me to return items as I selected one of the lengths and I had to select one at the check out. At the end I have two wrong size trousers which I am not allowed return. Worst online purchase ever. Shame
Utter garbage customer service
Utter garbage customer services, try Charles Tyrwhitt in my experience they are so much better in every way. Update: The response below has nothing to do with my experience confirming my concerns regarding their very poor customer service.
