Lovely styles, well made and feel good to wear. When the shirt I ordered was out of stock I was kindly given a replacement. Great service

Ordered shirts. One was the wrong colour and not what the Web site showed. Not worn. Response was that I did not raise a concern within 5 days (can't because it takes more than 5 days to get here) and the tags and packaging are not in place. Please add the conditions of return. These can be easily added, they are not stitched. They are just making excuses so they don't have to return. Fine if I get the size wrong, but when I don't get what I am meant to get, this is misrepresenting.
