I ordered a shirt from the sale online only to be told it was out of stock and offered another at the same sale price . The second shirt was also out of stock. I requested a refund . I was refunded the wrong amount and had to contact customer services to request the full amount . Where as the issues were put right if the website was kept up to date it would avoid disappointment and these hassles in the first place .
