The service and quality of shirts were great, but my situation was disappointing. I measured myself against the recommendation for fitted or semi fitted shirts online and ordered the shirts I liked and paid for delivery. The shirts were too small and so I returned them and requested a larger size. This cost £3. I was then given a refund and no shirts. So I lost £8 and did not get any shirts.
