Pleased with the mower I purchased but slightly disappointed with the way I was treated when collecting my mower. No one was on the sales desk when I arrived to collect my mower so went to the service desk and was completely ignored by the 3 guys who were sitting there. When someone eventually arrived at the sales desk I said I was here to collect a mower and he said "is there no one to help you on the service desk" without asking if it was a new mower I was there to collect. Jack the young lad who I had spoken to on the phone earlier then stepped in and was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. He put the rest of the staff to shame and I'm sure will go far with his can do attitude.

Fantastic service as always from Brown's, special mention to Keith and Henry for the prebuild of our mower, fitting of the mulch plug. The delivery and instruction on how to use was fantastic.

Product deliver quickly and in good shape. Easy to assemble.
