Great service and communication from the Rock Inn team. Buying a not-so-inexpensive pre-owned guitar based on a few photos from the other side of the country is always a risk but the guitar was exactly as described and exactly as per the photos so I am really happy with the purchase. I actually spoke to Kai the morning after I made the purchase on-line and was further confident I had made the right choice. Great service, will definitely be keeping an eye on their website for more great product.

I Recently bought a new guitar from the shop...and I have to say the service was impeccable, the staff friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. As it was I had to bring the guitar back as I wasn't happy with the finish (Not the shops fault) and they immediately ordered me a new one, and were most apologetic and understanding...The Rock Inn is by far the best music shop in Perth if you want honesty, fairness, excellent prices and some really nice people.

I'm buying an amp on layby (layaway in the USA?). The process was easy, the T&C's well explained (and generous - 20% deposit and then 3 months to pay the balance), with good folllow-up from the store the next day. Couldn't be happier... well, at least until 3 months time, when I've paid it off and have it in my hot little hands :-)
