I had shopped around a lot for a Gibson Les Paul and saw one I liked advertised on the Rock Inns website. When I emailed over the weekend to enquire about it and the shipping costs (I live in Sydney) Curtis wrote back Monday morning to tell me that unfortunately it had been sold but he made the effort to send me a photo he’d taken on his phone of another one they had in stock. He was very patient with me and promptly answered a few emails from me with a bunch of questions I had and he had their website updated with professional photographs within hours so I could make a direct comparison with the original one I saw. I loved it and bought it that night. They shipped it out Tuesday and it arrived the next Monday. So thank you Curtis for the excellent service!
