Was pleased to get hold of a hard to find guitar for a decent price. But when I went in to collect it, they just gave it to me in the sealed cardboard box from the factory and sent me on my way. You’d think when spending $1k on an instrument they could at least check the truss rod, intonation etc for you. UPDATE - I received a call from The Rock Inn not long after posting this review, who explained that this was an oversight by a new employee who is still learning. Fair enough, that happens. They also invited me to bring the guitar in for a full setup on the house, and it's playing much nicer now! Very happy with the resolution, and it's fair to say the initial bad experience was completely out of character as the service at The Rock Inn is usually top notch.
