Very happy with the service. I love Burns guitars and will give this an 8 out of 10 in regards to the bridge being installed slightly crooked and the pickguard cut also a bit sus. Jamie was great to deal with and I will shop with you guys again.

I ordered guitar strings online and purchased them. Then 4 days later I got an email saying I was getting a refund as they were not in stock. However when purchasing online it did not state they were "out of stock".

I saw the guitar I wanted on their web page, called and spoke with staff and purchased it and it travelled across the continent in just a week (not bad in times of COVID!) Fair price, great service, prompt delivery and a great guitar -- my only problem is going to be staying away from their site!

My 13 year old son will be a customer for life. Always such good service.
