I bought a guitar sight unseen, the rock inn were very helpful in going into as much detail as I needed, plus bringing out the finest toothed comb to look over the guitar for me. I received my Martin D-35 this week and it is a truly wonderful instrument, plays and sounds beautifully and was described accurately; I love it.

awesome staff, my guitar was packed properly and delivered in perfect condition. though it was missing a whammy bar when it arrived, the staff immediately arranged to send it to me. I am not local to WA (I'm from Melbourne) but will def buy from them again.
