Never had a problem with them always got my certificates when I tried.

I made 2 tee times with Clickitgolf and had problems with it in both instances. 1-Coyote Hills: I brought my printout to the starter and they said my reservation didn't show up and I had to wait a long time for the starter to see his manager and figure it out. Took about 15-20 min, but they finally ok'd it and gave me a free bucket for waiting. This was the good experience. 2-Dos Lagos: They gave me a hard time and tried to say it wasn't valid because they considered the friday after July 4 a holiday. I told them that I called and told the guy I was using Clickit when I made my tee time so they reluctantly "allowed it". Seems like courses try to invalidate the discounted tee times whenever I use it.

Straight answers and polite live responder if there are any questions with a charge. Great golf deals and website.
