This will be far and away my go to for discount golf. I was tasked with making a last minute tee time on Friday evening for a Saturday morning round so my brother in law could spend his last round with his new son in law before thenkids moved to Australia . Knew Clickit golf had great deals so seached and found a tee time and course that worked. Went and purchased the vouchers and Damn It, i went too fast ordering and paid for the weekday vouchers not the weekend ones. I thought, well Im out 140 bucks maybe I could sell them but none of my friends can play on the weekends. I figured I could at least email them and see what happens as it was almost 7pm PST. After I sent the email i went out and ran some errands. When I was out I saw that I had an email, checked it on my phone and Bam i got a response back from Jason Rhodehamel which he said “ He saw this email rite before he left for the night and informed me to just purchase the correct ones and they will refund me my other vouchers in the morning. So I bought the right ones and when I woke upin the morning for the round I also had an email from Jessica Scott stating the same info Jason gave me. I also had an email that showed that they did infact refunded me formthe wrong vouchers. I was happy to say the least but was very surpised and happy that there is still “CUSTOMER SERVICE” in this world. Not a robo call center or a Bot or algorithm or whatever they do to cut people out!!! Customer Service!!!! That was awesome. You guys have now a customer for life!!!! Thanks again for all your help!
