Overall I've had a fantastic experience with Pragmasis and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for serious hardware to protect your bike. The website provides an absolute wealth of information on all their products, with in-depth specifications to answer just about any question you might have. This is often something I've found missing from other vendors. When looking to purchase one of their chains, I managed to miss the section that described the inner dimensions of the chains links, and emailed them to ask - David was quick to reply with a very helpful response (including the link to the section I missed), giving me the dimensions and assuring me that it would be compatible with my existing D-lock. Since receiving the chain, he's also been kind enough to offer advice on how best to secure my bike with it, to ensure it's as unappealing to a thief as possible!
