Sent a couple of email questions before purchase, which were answered quickly. Ordered just after 1pm and got delivered next day. Ground anchor and chain. All fitting parts in ground anchor as per website. Shame their prices have gone up but feel it's money well spent. Hope it's never tested. Thanks.

Very fast delivery and high quality product. the only bad thing i could say is the delivery and condition of box it was delivered in wasn't good at all. i requested for it to be delivered to my porch and it wasn't it was sat about a metre from my front door. the box it came in was opened and looked like someone had cut it open to have a look at what's inside. good thing they didn't fancy a chain because if they did I'm sure they would of stole it. i know this is not SecurityForBikes fault but that's just my experience.
