Excellent all the way through. Videos on the website really helped me understand what I needed for my purposes. The delivery was quick. The products are very well made and presented, and the instructions for installation very clear and easy to follow.

1. First of all great product! 2. The product as delivered coming with all the fitment needs, including not just the obvious lock, bolts, bearings and resin, but the plastic tube, the right sized drill, the bolt head screw bit, a bolt to whack in the bearings,... Very well thought through. 3. Prompt delivery, though for reasons best known to themselves, the delivery company chose to deliver the two parcels on two separate vans and two separate times. Must have been a slow day for them. It did mean that I wasn't 20-30 minutes on the phone while I and Pragmasis were sorting out what had happened to parcel "1 of 2". 4. The installation video was very good and reassuring. Good advice. For those DIYers who like to "learn by doing" - WATCH IT FIRST!!! 5. Only criticism would be that the screw bit they sent, when used with an holder between it and the screwdriver, jammed in the bolt heads and had to be gently tapped free. Obviously there's a race against time here because of the resin already starting to chemically harden. On the last bolt I opted to not use the holder and have the bit held directly (and tightly by the screwdriver). This resulted in me pulling the damn bit and bolt out completely! I whacked it back in quickly, called Pragmasis and hoped for 24 hours. Solid! I was told that I may have had the bit upside down. I know when I had it the other way, it wasn't engaging well and spinning, which was why I inverted it. So overall, great product, brilliant support, comprehensive instructions. I'd probably use your own hardened screw bit.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of buying improved motorcycle security from Pragmasis. As an existing customer who purchased one of their 16mm chains a few years ago, I already knew these were the guys to come to. I recently had my bike stolen. It was parked in a very nice neighbourhood in London without using Pragmasis kit (my bad!). For years my bike has remained safely chained to my ground anchor in a rough part of London without any trouble. Lesson learnt – no such thing as safe places, just safe security arrangements. So, before getting my new pride and joy, it was time to put security in place in the new “nice” neighbourhood. I had several queries and was unsure what the best arrangements would be for my bike in its new location. So, I emailed Pragmasis for advice. They could not have been more helpful. David came back to me with a well thought out set of options. No quick standard response here – he really took care to understand my situation and think what might work best for me. After a short email exchange I had my decision and placed my order. My order included a request to cut a standard-length chain in to two short lengths. This was no problem for the guys at Pragmasis. Not only did they remove the sleeve from a chain and cut it to my requirements, they also re-sleeved the two short chains. Chains, locks and ground anchor ordered Thursday night. They were all with me via DPD Saturday lunchtime. Tracking and text service worked a treat, and all was delivered within the allotted delivery time. Can’t wait to get my new bike and know that I can sleep at night with Pragmasis as part of my security arrangements. Thank you!
