Had to purchase a new, thicker chain since thieves used an angle grinder to cut through my 16mm chain; they couldn’t get through the Pragmasis shackle or roundlock though. Stephen spent ages on the phone with me ensuring my current system would work. I was also able to return an item which I had purchased in error. Would highly recommend this company.

Quality products, Professional knowledge, Speedy delivery... what's not to like!

Very fast delivery and very high quality product, I purchased after watching a review online and see that it should prevent most thefts and even slow down the most determined thieves enough for them to leave the bike alone. Obviously it is still not unbreakable but due to the high quality and strength of the chain and padlock I would recommend the product and potentially pair it with an anti angle grinder d lock for added protection.

At first some lag in communication about backorder status. But after mentioning that I was very satisfied with the updates from their site. All doubts where cleared. I received many photos along the proces. David and Steve think along very well. So I placed my order and it is on its way to me in the Netherlands. Can't wait to get it delivered.
