Very impressed with this company: I ordered a ground anchor, lock and security chain from them, which promptly arrived the next day. I discovered that I'd miscalculated the length of chain required, but David very helpfully advised of the best way to return this heavy (almost 10kg) item to them so I could order an alternative. The second chain arrived as quickly and it's perfect: all the items are very well made and fill me with confidence that they'll provide a huge challenge to would-be motorbike thieves. The options and instructions for ground anchor fitting are superb. Excellent service and product, highly recommended.
